MyntTip is a social recognition platform operated by Badmus Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as MyntTip ("MyntTip," "we," "us," or "our"). Our platform allows hourly workers to receive recognition gifts (Mynts) from their personal support circle when they hit workplace milestones.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the MyntTip mobile application and website at www.mynttip.com.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, mobile phone number, and password when you register.
• Employment Information: Your employer name, job type, and work schedule to detect shift milestones.
• Location Data: GPS data used exclusively for shift detection (geofencing). We use battery-efficient geofencing and do not track your location continuously. Location data is deleted after 90 days.
• Financial Information: Bank account details collected at the time of your first cashout, processed securely through Stripe. MyntTip never stores your full account number.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our app, including milestone activity and Mynt wallet transactions.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your MyntTip account
• Detect workplace milestones and trigger Win notifications
• Notify your support circle when you hit a Win
• Process Mynt gifts and cashout requests
• Send verification codes and account notifications via SMS
• Improve the MyntTip platform and user experience
• Comply with legal obligations

SMS Communications

You must actively opt in to receive SMS communications during account registration. We will not send you SMS messages before you have provided explicit consent.

Your mobile phone number will never be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Firebase (backend infrastructure), and Telnyx (SMS delivery) solely to operate the MyntTip platform.
• Your Support Circle: When you add someone to your circle, their phone number is used to send Win notifications on your behalf. Your circle members' contact information is used only for this purpose.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We never share or sell mobile/SMS information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specific retention periods:

• GPS/Location data: Deleted after 90 days
• Account data: Retained while your account is active and for up to 3 years after closure for legal compliance
• Transaction records: Retained for 7 years per financial record-keeping requirements

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@mynttip.com.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• The right to access the personal information we hold about you
• The right to correct inaccurate information
• The right to request deletion of your information
• The right to opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP

• Bank-level encryption for all financial data via Stripe
• Secure HTTPS connections for all data transmission
• Firebase security rules controlling data access
• Two-factor authentication via SMS OTP

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

MyntTip is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of MyntTip after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
