Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the MyntTip mobile application or website at www.mynttip.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Badmus Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as MyntTip ("MyntTip," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use MyntTip.

Eligibility

To use MyntTip you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have a valid mobile phone number
• Have a valid US bank account for cashouts
• Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable law

By using MyntTip you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

The MyntTip Platform

MyntTip is a social recognition platform that allows hourly workers to receive Mynts — voluntary gifts from their personal support circle — when they achieve workplace milestones ("Wins").

MyntTip uses GPS geofencing to detect shift start and end times for the purpose of identifying workplace milestones. Location data is used exclusively for this purpose.

Mynt Wallet & Cashouts

Mynts received from your support circle are credited to your MyntTip wallet. You may cash out your Mynt balance subject to the following terms:

• Cashouts are processed via Stripe to your linked bank account
• Standard cashouts are free and process within 1-2 business days
• Instant cashouts are available for a fee disclosed at the time of cashout
• The Mynt-to-dollar conversion rate is set by MyntTip and may change with notice
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first cashout
• MyntTip reserves the right to delay or refuse cashouts in cases of suspected fraud

Mynts have no cash value outside of the MyntTip platform and cannot be transferred between accounts.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during registration, you agree to receive the following SMS communications from MyntTip:

• One-time verification codes (OTP) for account authentication
• Account security alerts
• Milestone recognition notifications

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Mobile/SMS information will not be shared or sold for marketing or promotional purposes.

Support Circle & Gifting

When you add someone to your support circle, you authorize MyntTip to send them SMS notifications when you achieve a Win. By adding a person to your circle you represent that:

• You have a genuine personal relationship with that person
• You have their permission to share their phone number with MyntTip
• They are at least 18 years of age

Circle members who receive Win notifications may voluntarily choose to send Mynts. MyntTip does not solicit, pressure, or guarantee gifts from circle members. All gifting is entirely voluntary.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Manipulate GPS data or falsify shift records to fraudulently trigger Wins
• Add individuals to your circle without their knowledge or consent
• Use MyntTip for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or circumvent any MyntTip security measures
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending Mynt balance.

Fees

MyntTip charges the following fees:

• Platform fee: MyntTip retains a percentage of each Mynt gift as a platform fee. The current fee structure is disclosed in the app at the time of gifting.
• Instant cashout fee: A flat fee applies to instant cashouts. The current fee is disclosed at the time of cashout.
• Standard cashout: Free.

MyntTip reserves the right to modify its fee structure with 30 days notice to users.

Account Termination

MyntTip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any activity that harms the platform or its users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@mynttip.com. Upon closure, any remaining Mynt balance will be cashed out to your linked bank account within 5 business days, subject to identity verification requirements.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

MyntTip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that Wins will always be detected accurately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyntTip's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of fees you paid to MyntTip in the 12 months preceding the claim.

MyntTip is not responsible for the actions of circle members, including their decision to send or not send Mynts.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

You agree to resolve any disputes with MyntTip on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of MyntTip after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
